Grilled Teriyaki C. Wirthy Salmon

Ingredients:

4 C. Wirthy Salmon fillets
½ cup Soy Vey Teriyaki sauce
Foil

1 Red Onion, sliced
1-2 Lemon(s) sliced


Cooking Instructions:

Marinate salmon in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Line a large sheet of heavy duty foil down the center with a layer of thinly sliced red onions; put a layer of lemons on top of the onions.

Set the marinated salmon on top of the lemons.  Fold the sides of the foil to make a tent, leaving a small section open at the top to vent.

Preheat gas grill to approximately 400 degrees.  Place foil packet on grill and cook for approximately 12 minutes or until desired internal temperature.
