6 ounces - C. Wirthy Sashimi Grade Steelhead Trout
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. chopped capers
1 tsp. chopped shallots |
1 lemon, juiced
1 oz. Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Crackers or toasted bread |
- With a heavy sharp knife, chop Steelhead Trout into very small slices.
- In a mixing bowl, combine steelhead trout, chives, capers, shallots, lemon juice, oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Fill demitasse spoons with mixture and serve or serve on crackers or toasted bread.
