Ingredients:

4-5 Fillets C. Wirthy Steelhead Trout (thawed)

2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. fresh dill
Salt & Pepper to Taste


Cooking Instructions:
  1. Season thawed steelhead trout with salt, pepper and dill.
  2. Heat skillet on medium heat.
  3. Melt butter in skilled taking caution not to burn it.
  4. Place steelhead trout skin side down in heated skilled and sear each side for approximately 2 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Serve with your favorite salad, vegetables, and steamed rice.

Sear, bake, grill, poach, sauté or microwave.
