4-5 Fillets C. Wirthy Steelhead Trout (thawed) |
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. fresh dill
Salt & Pepper to Taste |

Instructions: |
- Season thawed steelhead trout with salt, pepper and dill.
- Heat skillet on medium heat.
- Melt butter in skilled taking caution not to burn it.
- Place steelhead trout skin side down in heated skilled and sear each side for approximately 2 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
- Serve with your favorite salad, vegetables, and steamed rice.
