C. Wirthy Frozen Salmon fillets ( 2 per person) Creole Seasoning Salt and Pepper to taste |
Aluminum foil Shallow Baking pan |

Cooking Instructions: |

Unwrap frozen C. Wirthy Salmon fillets. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper and Creole seasoning to taste or just lightly covered. Wrap the salmon tightly in aluminum foil, place in a shallow pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 2 - 10 minutes, depending upon the degree of doneness preferred and your oven. |
