Ingredients:

4 - C. Wirthy Salmon Burgers, frozen
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 tsp. Kosher salt
4 Tbls. Dill Mayonnaise, see recipe

2 Tbls. Grape seed oil
Lettuce
Tomatoes
4 – Crusty rolls or Kaiser rolls


Cooking Instructions:

Dill Mayonnaise

1/2 Cup prepared mayonnaise
1/2 Lemon, juiced
2 Tbls. Fresh dill, chopped
Pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cracked black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

C. Wirthy Salmon Burgers

  1. Preheat BBQ or grill pan to about 350 F.
  2. In a large skillet on medium, heat 2 Tbls. of Grape Seed Oil. 
  3. Season frozen burgers with salt and pepper. 
  4. Place burgers on BBQ and  cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes then turn and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until done. 
  5. Serve on rolls with lettuce, tomatoes and Dill Mayonnaise or BBQ sauce.
